Our Partners

The Becoming partners with industry leaders, organizations, and individuals to provide excellence in clinical care for our communities. By hiring and managing a full behavioral health service array, we can connect our partners to the therapists they need most. Whether outpatient therapy, IOP, PHP, addictions work, athlete counseling, trauma specializations, or more, The Becoming serves our partners by working to meet their organization’s needs. Partners are able to outsource their behavioral healthcare needs or leverage additional therapist coverage, while ensuring excellence for their clientele.

The Becoming also partners with individual therapists to help them meet their goals of starting a private practice. Alumni therapists have gone through The Becoming’s growth model and are operating their own thriving practices. We are proud to continue in partnership with their businesses and continue referral relationships.

Counselor

Life can be complicated, overwhelming, challenging, and messy. People don’t tend to fit in neat little boxes, but I find that beautiful. The people I comes in contact with never cease to amaze and inspire me with their stories, struggles, and victories. I am committed to creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for people to explore healing and reconnect with themselves, others, and with hope beyond ourselves. My focus is relational and I believe this is the most healing aspect of any treatment modal.

The Public Health Problem of Racism: Conversations on the intersection of Race & Mental Health

The Becoming hosts a web series and podcast in partnership with Brandon Johnson, Advisory Board Member and the creator of the Black Mental Wellness Lounge. As a community of practitioners dedicated to helping people live fully as their true selves, The Becoming knows that BIPOC will never be able to live their lives fully until we as a system are able to support and honor BIPOC’s true selves. Through the lens of public health, our therapists, guests, and hosts, navigate systems and engage in in-depth conversations on the intersection and impact of race and mental health.
