Bobbie Jo Yokley, LSW, LADAC II
My name is Bobbie Jo Yokley and I am a licensed Social Worker in the State of Kentucky and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor in the State of Tennessee. I pursued my education at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY and graduated with a bachelor of social work degree and pursued my counseling education through the State of Tennessee through continuing education, practical hours attained on the job and the core functions.
I have over 15 years of experience working in the addiction field with male and female adults, with the past six years working specifically with adult females in a residential treatment setting.
I am personally in recovery from substance use disorder and use my experience, strength and hope, coupled with my education to counsel those individuals seeking help for their addiction through individual and group therapy. I have training in the 12-Step modality, DBT, and CBT, as well as training in trauma and grief issues.
My passion is to help those seeking recovery to heal emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually in order to become the whole individuals they seek to be, by guiding them in their journey to gain and maintain sobriety, in order to live full, happy and successful lives.
Personally, I am married and have two grown children, a son and daughter, as well as a son-in-law who I love to spend time with. I live in Kentucky and I proclaim to be a self-taught chef and love to cook, bake and try new recipes. My hobbies include traveling to the beach - any beach, fishing and reading.
