Jillian Richardson, MS, LPC-MHSP
I am a Licensed Therapist, having earned my bachelor's from Lipscomb University and my master's from Tennessee State University. I enjoy walking beside people through life's most challenging moments.
I am a client-centered, multicultural clinician. My clinical specialties include cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, symptom management, and interpersonal dynamics. For the past 8 years, I have worked alongside those who are managing trauma & stress, mood disorders, personality disorders, addictions, severe and persistent mental illness, crises, incarceration & legal issues, and anything in between.
After all, we all want more adaptive ways of coping that empower us to live our fullest and most authentic lives. And the journey is better when taken together. I partner with people as they heal childhood pain, manage stress, and reach their goals. Your present and future are boundless. I am honored to be on the journey with you.
In my spare time, I am a self-published author, editor, ghostwriter, poet, snack-lover, and road-trip taker.
