Stacy Jagger is a mother of four, author, guest speaker and mentor. Stacy draws on a decade of experience in treating families to help them heal and reconnect. Stacy is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist (LMFT) and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S), as well as an AAMFT Approved Supervisor.

Stacy is the founder of Music City Family Therapy, a unique counseling practice that specializes in integrating play and expressive arts therapies for women, children, and families. Through her practice, she is on a mission to restore wonder to childhood, connection to families, and intimacy to relationships.

When Stacy is not working with clients or spending time with her family, she enjoys writing books and developing new and innovative therapy strategies. She has authored three books including “30 Day Blackout: How to help your kids turn off the screen and turn to their family.” Stacy is the creator of several child and family centered classes and programs focused on helping families reconnect, communicate, and bond.
