Stephanie Fitzpatrick , MSHS, CC
I am an Atlanta native. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in interdisciplinary Studies (disciplines – Entrepreneurial Management, Business Management, and Education), a Master of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as an ICF CCA Certification as a Life/Transition Coach. As an Internationally Certified Coach, I am available to clients across the country/globe. I believe that the education and experiences I have had have given me the advantage to help athletes, their families, and others to succeed in achieving life satisfaction. This is my ultimate goal and brings me great life satisfaction!
My work with high school athletes in Metro Atlanta fueled my passion to become a Life Coach. I quickly realized the value my assistance added to these athletes as they continually sought me out for an improvement on and off the playing surface. For almost a decade I have worked as a Certified Life/Transition Coach; assisting high school, collegiate and professional athletes, as well as others, to reach major life and/or transition goals. Coaching athletes provides me the perfect opportunity to bring my passions for sports/athletics and helping others together.
My approach to coaching consists of motivational interviewing, mindfulness techniques, meditation, appreciative inquiry, design thinking, and emotional intelligence. I use these methodologies to help athletes reach goals in areas such as stress management, time management, retirement planning/execution, career transition, spiritual growth (I am a licensed minister), creating/maintaining healthy relationships, grief support, and much more.
When I am not coaching, I love to play with my dog, dance, mentor others, podcast, check out unique eateries, and attend sporting and arts events.
